Science fiction

Science fiction is a genre, it is fiction too. It is imagined and is not real, however it relates to science fiction with reasoning and understanding of how things work. For example the time machine which could not have been real, but still people thinks that one day it would happen because of the scientific explanation of how it works. Science fiction are fiction which people imagined it like it is real. Science fiction originated around 1925-30. I think Science fiction is related to game design. Science fiction usually talk about science technology which might not happen in real life. Similarly to Games design and development, which are basically games. When we talk about games, we use to think about robots, light sable, flying cars and etc, hence it somehow relates to Science fiction. Science fiction has always been a good idea, inspiration and great reference for games designers. We get to create more science fiction games by learning from other science fiction stories. Games that are Non-fiction are impossible, because games are virtual and not real, therefore it is impossible to relate games to non-fiction. Non-fiction are story that are real, which happen before, hence games that we played does not repeat and is not real. Our group “Unrage”, is making a game call Purge. Our games is about this radioactive chemical killed everyone and turn into zombie. Its genre is science fiction too. Our games related to science fiction because it have an explanation for the cause of the supernatural disaster. If we made a game that are just zombie which attack people, they do not have an explanation of how the zombie situation starts, hence its not considered science fiction, however, it is still under the fiction genre. In conclusion, all games are under fiction genre, mostly under Science fiction.
