Alternates World also known as the parallel universe. An alternate world is a place where it separated reality off the unknown world. The alternate world is not union to the world we live in, so it lacks on relation with our universe and the alternate world. Conspiracy theory is a description of a political conspiracy; it has been used exclusively when referring to fringe science theory that reasons the history and the present events. In many stories or movies, like Narnia the movie, it shows the meaning of the alternate worlds. The main characters from Narnia discover an alternate universe where the path to the parallel unknown world is through a portal from a wardrobe which only opens at different timing. It does not explain or proof of any logical reasoning to how the characters enter the alternate world hence it is under the fiction genre. There are many games that are played in the “alternate worlds” setting, hence with much research on how does a character move from our universe to the path to the parallel universe. Conspiracy theory is about the inaccurate and unfair being disputed due to its characteristic. For our game that is a survival game to get out of the hospital which is occupied by zombies, however it is rather related to the alternate worlds as both zombie and the alternate worlds are mythological and fictional characters and universe. In conclusion, the alternate worlds and the conspiracy theory are used mostly in games that go to another world; a different dimension and universe that could attract many players which are curious about the world of the unknown.
